The K1 reactor system is an advanced platform for nanoparticle and nanomaterial synthesis, combining continuous flow chemistry, intelligent automation and patented high-shear annular flow technology. It enables production from millilitre-scale samples to more than 1 kg of nanomaterials per day in a compact benchtop system. Here's a scalable pathway from laboratory nanoparticle research and development to production, with higher-capacity K10 and K100 systems supporting up to 10 kg/day and 100 kg/day, respectively. It is suited for advanced materials, catalysis, energy, electronics, coatings and other high-performance nanomaterial applications.
Its controlled mixing technology supports reproducible particle size, morphology and material properties while reducing the need for extreme reaction temperatures and pressures.
