STA-PT Platinum Series Simultaneous Thermal
Analyser System:
The system is based on a Thermo gravimetric balance
and is able to accommodate either TG or TG/DTA or
TG/DSC measuring head for simultaneous measurement.
This system is unique and is able to offer excellent
return on the investment. Just with a measuring
head change it can create DSC or DTA data on the
same system in addition to the TG signal
which is many times essential for research applications.
Furnaces available from -150 to 2400 C.
DSC-PT10 Differential Scanning Calorimeter system
:
Heat Flux design. Measures Enthalpy, melting energy,
specific heat, glass point crystallinity reaction
enthalpy thermal stability oxidation stability aging,
purity, phase transition, eutectic, polymorphous,
product identification. Temperature range -150 to
700 Deg/C and Rt to 1550 Deg/C for high temperature
applications.
L77 - Thermomechanical Analyzer :
For measurement of physical properties such as dynamic
mechanical analysis temperature range from -150
to 500 and RT to 1500 Deg./C.
L 75 / 76 - Dilatometer Measurement of
coefficient of Thermal Expansion :
Determining sintering process in metals, ceramics,
or powered metals. Temperature ranges available
from
150 to 2900.
Laser Dilatometer :
Highest resolution non contact Dilatometer measurement
by using Laser. Absolute measurement and no-calibration
necessary. Temperature range from -180 to 1600 at
heating/cooling rate of 0.1 to 99.9 K/s. This is
a special system for absolute measurement.
RITA (Rapid Inductive Thermal Analysis)
Dilatometer system :
A dilatometer system using inductively heated furnace
for fast heating and fast cooling at the rate of
100 k/s and cooling similarly 100 k/s. This system
especially usefull for metal quenching studies.
All the above Linseis equipments are available with
accessories like gas control system to work under
oxidizing, reducing and inert atmosphere, high vacuum
option, FTIR and MS option.
